Gyöngyi Garbaisz - Welcome
It is our aim to prepare our pupils for staging a ballet tale at the end of each shool year. All children desiring to dance are wellcome at our dance shool. Education goes on in three different age groups: from 2 and a half to 4 years: the teeny-weeny ballet for the youngest children, from 4 to 6 preparatory ballet courses for kindergrteners ans schoolchildren (beginer and advanced-level courses), as well as modern dance course from the age of 14.
Ballet exercises help children in developing their posture, movement and body language by strengthennig and stretching all the muscles! And the fruit of the industrious exercising is a fine upright posture, as well as healthy and strong leg and skeletal muscles. Ballerinas have the finest figure that they buld consciously with long-years of permanent daily exercising; therefore it is worth following theri example.
I established the Dance Studio in 1988 with the mission to teach children how to walk and move in an esthetical and body-conscious way, with the help of the elements of ballet and modern dance. It is obviously my fundamental aim to arouse the children's interest in the art of dancing, and I'm proud of having been succeded in educating a couple of dancers already, whom I'm very poud of.
It is also happiness for me if my pupils take up dancing only as a hobby so I can meet them later at our adult course.
At the courses, I combine the ballet language with that of the tales, so that even the smallest children can fully devote their attention to the courses by identifying themselves with the heroes and the story itself. This way I can get them to dance happily at the courses, which make its effects felt on their entire personality.
